Our enrollment process is designed to be user friendly. We first require that you click on the link below, read the terms of our contractual arrangement, and certify your agreement to the contract's provisions. While the language of the agreement controls, here are a few highlights:

• We will survey up to twenty of the attorneys and parties that utilized your services as a mediator and/or Settlement Facilitator within the past two years. (You are obligated to provide us with contact information for all such attorneys, and, if there are more than twenty, we will elect who to survey.)



• Pursuant to First Judicial District Court Administrative order 2006-01, once the reviews are complete, the results will be published on the portion of the Positively Neutral site specifically dedicated to the New Mexico program.



• In addition to this mandatory publication, you will also have the option, based on your assessment of your survey results, to publish the results on other portions of the Positively Neutral site. This latter choice is entirely yours. Whether or not you choose to generally publish the results, you may provide us with biographical information, a photograph and a link to your website, for publication on the Positively Neutral website.



• We have agreed with the First Judicial District that the fee for New Mexico participants will be $150, which includes the survey and rating services required by the District, plus your option, as described above, to publish on the Positively Neutral website the survey results, biographical information, a photograph and website link.
